BREAKING NEWS – Slatts confirms his first signings – Craig Hughes set to return!!!

Following his appointment as permanent manager this summer, Danny Slatter is delighted to confirm his first signings of the summer.

Firstly Slatts has moved to appoint his Assistant Manager; the vastly experienced Adam Munn.  Adam was previously with Brightlingsea Regent Reserves.  Adam holds a UEFA B Licence and has coached at West Ham United at youth level.

Resigning for next season is last years Managers and Players Player of the Year, Tyler Kemp.  Tyler was club captain last season and enjoyed a fantastic season after rejoining the club.

Returning to the club is midfield meastro Craig Hughes.  Hughesy will need no introduction to the Rovers faithful.  Craig was part of Rovers most successful ever side which finished third in the Thurlow Nunn Premier League and reached the last eight of the F A Vase.   One of the most technically gifted players in the area, the signing will be seen as a big statement of intent by Slatter.  Hughes was with Brantham Athletic last season.

Also joining the club is goal machine Tom Holdstock.  Tom is best known for his goal scoring exploits with F C Clacton and will bring pace and potency to the Rovers attack.

The club would like to warmly welcome all of the new signings to the club and wish them every success in their careers with the club.
